It's a bit more expensive than the other two in one prams, however it's well worth the investment because the quality and function are top-notch.

We wouldn't recommend using this stroller off the road or on stairs, but it does provide excellent suspension to reduce bumps for passengers.

The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's difficult to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common issue with twin frame strollers, however Joovy does offer a separate under-seat baby carrier bag to assist with this issue.

The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage features however we'd prefer to have a bit more flexibility from our strollers. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a benefit, however it allows parents to place their infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better meet their requirements.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

The Delta Children LX Side by Side scored a high score for both the weight and fold size which makes it the top value in our double umbrella stroller review.
