Based on reports, the Digital Realty acquired 360 Spear Street when it paid the company $85 million. 360 Spear is a fully-leased data center property, JetBlack which is only adjacent to its 365 Main Street facility located in San Francisco.

The said release reportedly didn't identify the tenants. However, the facility is serving as one of the primary data centers for cloud computing provider GoGrid. GoGrid took over space which was originally developed by WorldCom. The building, the report added, also houses facilities for AT&T and Verizon.

Digital Realty was also reported of completing the $63 million acquisition of a three-story, 334,000 square foot data center that is strategically located at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport based in Atlanta.
